It’s a bird, nope is BatMan

Casey J more so than the Z Man goes through stages of pretending to be someone else. Mostly action figures and super heros with the occasional pet animal. Lately he’s been either “Flappy” the bird or the Batman. I had to con his Batman pajamas off him yesterday (after he wore the top part all day long with his blue jeans) so that I could wash them. Plus he wears his cape ALL DAY LONG. He fights Mr. Freeze, the “Yoker” and other various villians. I love watching them play using their imagination as long as they aren’t using the Bat-a-rang on each other. I’ll let him pretend to be whatever he wants as long as he wants as long as it’s  not too wacky. Yes, even if he asks to wear his cape to the grocery store, I’ll let him. Unless he’s 25 years old. And if he’s still living at home and riding in the grocery cart at 25 yrs of age we’ll have other issues.
