What were you doing…
at 4am this morning? If you were like me your curiosity had you peaking outside to see the beginning of the eclipse. I wanted to take some quick pictures but the bugs were eating me so I went inside and opened the blinds of the dining room window, sat on the floor and used a mini tripod and a chair to take pictures as the eclipse happened. The red coloring was amazing. I watched until it was total and I couldn’t really see it anymore. It began to come back but it was getting later in the morning and the moon moved below the tree line as the sun came up. I got a few pictures so I thought I’d share. I crawled onto the couch a little before 6am and not too long later Casey J crawled in beside me to watch cartoons! The quick afternoon nap on the couch however covered for any lost sleep last night.
